To view settings for your Sapi5 desktop voices follow the instructions below. Desktop voices, like the ones we distribute at NextUp, do not appear on this panel. In current versions of Windows 10, the Speech panel in Windows Settings only displays Windows Mobile voices. Note that if you're running a 64 bit version of windows, you will need to launch a 32 bit version of the applet, since all TextAloud voices are currently 32 bit.
